Built to Fix a Broken Industry
Before starting Vanpro in 2016, William spent years working for some of the biggest names in the carpet cleaning and tile cleaning industry. He saw how those companies operated up close the rushed jobs, the pressure to upsell customers who didn’t need half of what was being pushed, the technicians who were in and out before the carpet had a chance to dry properly. He knew there was a better way to do this work. So he went and did it.
Vanpro was built on a straightforward idea: show up prepared, treat every surface the right way, charge what you said you’d charge, and let the results speak for themselves. No gimmicks, no bait-and-switch pricing, no speed runs that sacrifice quality. Just honest, thorough cleaning done by someone who actually cares whether you call back.
We serve homeowners and businesses across Ventura County from Thousand Oaks and Camarillo to Ojai, Santa Paula, Oxnard, and everywhere in between. Whether it’s carpet that’s taken years of beach sand and dog paws, tile grout that mopping stopped fixing a long time ago, or upholstery that’s seen better days, we come ready to handle it with the right products, the right process, and the same person every single time.
